Our
Products:
1)
Steel scrap, HMS 1 &b 2 quality , GOST 2787-75 quality, Bonus grade
Description:
The scrap is totally free from explosive parts of any form, bombs, arms,
ammunitions, shells, cartridges, sealed containers, gas cylinders, as
well from toxic and radioactive materials, organic meters originated
from animals or plants with danger of epidemic deceases and medical
waste. The steel scrap consists of mix of mill scrap (stamping cutting,
bars), industrial scrap (nuts, bolts, miscellaneous scrap), railroad
scrap (wheels, axles, part of locomotives). The standard quality A3
is categorized as HMS1/HMS 80/20 where usually the scrap thickness,
between 4-6 mm, is on the level of 10-14%. The rest is thicker than
6 mm. Bonus Grade is available on special request. The non metallic
impurities will be less than 1% on the total contract quantity.
2)
Steel semis products (reinforcing bars, billets, steel sheets and strips)
We mainly
trade in steel semi products such as steel billets, reinforcing bars,
steel cold rolled coils and sheets, zinc both galvanized and not galvanized.
3)
Secondary Aluminium alloys in ingots for Die casting, AK5M2 GOST, DIN
226, 231, ADC 12
Aluminium
scrap is very useful for recycling. We convert aluminium ingots for
further Die casting of different aluminium pieces for automotive industries.
Our customers are worldwide, including in Far East countries specially
in Japan.
4)
Copper and Copper Alloys -Extruded and drawn Brass bars and rods
Carefully
selected copper alloy scrap is melted and refined in induction channel
and mixer furnaces, alloyed on needed chemical composition and continuous
cast into round billets. Brass billets diameter of 170 mm are heated
and extruded on the heavy extrusion press into different brass bars
(rods) diameter from 10 - 100 mm. Other square (quadrate and hexagonal)
shapes of extruded bars are also available. Upon request the extruded
brass bars can be drawn to obtain bright surface and hard temper. Standard
brass rods alloys include quality for forging and machining such as
CuZn38Pb2, CuZn39Pb3 and can be produced according to world standard
EN-DIN norms as well JIS and ASTM. The brass bars are produced in length
of 3 meters in appropriate bundles.
5)
Copper, Brass & Bronze alloys ingots
Certain sorts
of collected of alloyed copper scrap are very convenient for production
of foundry brass and bronze ingots for further foundry casting of different
machine parts. Concrete chemical composition of brass and bronze ingots
can be produced on request (CuZn40Pb, CuPbSn bronze, aluminium bronze).
6)
Copper granules and powders
The collected
copper scrap is carefully selected and sorted from impurities and then
manufactured by cutting, milling and screening or by atomisation in
copper powders and granules less than 1 mm. The purity of our copper
powders and granules is on the level of min Cu99,9% and more. The powders
and granules are packed in appropriate big bags.
7)
Secondary lead alloy
Lead scraps
are collected locally in Russia. Carefully selected lead alloy scrap
is melted and refined in induction channel and mixer furnaces, alloyed
on needed chemical composition, then casted to form ingots.
